When i was eating, she kept coming to my table refiling our soup base, beverages and even brought us wonderful fruits. When i needed assistance, my hand only raised halfway she already ran to my table without hesitation to assist me. I accidentally spilled water on the table, she immediately cleaned it up for me when i didn't even ask for help, making sure i didnt felt embarrass. She even gave me a kids toy as a gift when i left. "Lovely place for steamboat. Not sure how the other to compete with HaiDiLou since it opens in SCM... The restaurant is newly open this year with clean and tidy setup. Services of all staff are excellent at their standard and equals with yhe price that we pay! Food is standard fresh and many choices therefore nothing to shout about. Soup is their selling point indeed and no doubt best for Steamboat! Our family love it! Pricy meal but equivalent to high satisfaction."

China staff-in-charge looks like the store manager were also welcoming and professional. Honestly, better service than Sunway Pyramid Haidilao. Highly recommended!"
